How do I know 4c will work for me?

You can try it out for yourself!  Try out the software to manage your projects, programme and resources on a FREE TRIAL for up to 3 months.

What does that involve?

You will be asked to fill in a questionnaire so that we can do the initial configuration of the database.

Then we'll spend a day with you, installing the software and database on a stand-alone workstation or lap-top, helping you set up the system to your requirements, and getting you started on using it the way you want.

After that, if you have any questions or problems, help is just a phone call or e-mail away.  If you'd like us to spend more time with you, you just pay for our time (minimum half a day).

At the end of the trial period, if you are happy that 4c will work for you in your organisation, you can then pay for as many concurrent licences as you need, plus the annual maintenance and support fees. 

If you want us to train your staff we can do that as well.

By the way, if you decide not to buy the software, we GUARANTEE to refund any consultancy fees you have incurred in running the trial.
