If you’re using 4c in a PSA (Professional Services Automation) application, you will have a customer
database. This can include some elements of Customer Relationship
Management (CRM).
-
Store customer address and contact details -
multiple contacts and addresses can be entered.
-
Log each contact event and its outcome, and
optionally link it to a project, programme or task.
-
Categorise customers.
-
View projects for each customer with any
logged issues and risks.
When you create a project, you link it to the appropriate customer
record: all the relevant information (contact details, addresses etc.)
is then carried over into the
invoicing area.
