Even on projects where you don't charge on a "time and materials" basis, 4c will calculate a possible value figure, based on the resources allocated and their standard charge rates. You can use the possible value figure as the basis for calculating your fees. For example, on a project 4c calculates a possible value of just over £22.5k:
On this basis, you might then agree a fee of £25k with the customer:
The fee amount can be linked to one or more tasks (milestones) in the project, to allow for stage payments. When a linked task is completed, the associated fee is booked, making it available for invoicing. Fees and tasks can be linked to specific customer orders. Go Back |
