4c Process Maps

4c Process Maps help infrequent or inexperienced users find their way around the system, and support your standard project management methodology.

The Process Map shows Activities under each Phase, broken down into items.  Activities can run in parallel, or you can specify that all the items in an Activity must be completed before the next one becomes available.  When all the Activities within one Phase have been completed, the next Phase becomes available.

Each of the coloured boxes has a link to a particular part of 4c (such as a gantt chart or the risk register), to a document template, or to a dialog box.  You can even link to your e-mail system.  The user double-clicks on the box to display the relevant information.  Feedback loops can be built into the map at decision points.
