4c Project Portfolio Analysis

Having assessed all your projects, and obtained scores for all the criteria and an overall score for each project, you can view the whole portfolio with traffic lights indicating the scores.  (The traffic light colours are defined as part of setting the scoring rules for the evaluation criteria.)

The Programme Breakdown allows you to have both a standard breakdown:

and also to define "Virtual Programmes" to analyse the portfolio using any project fields you want. 

For example, you could break the portfolio down by one of the criteria, in this case, return on investment:
