	4c helps with capacity planning, resource scheduling and management. Resource availability and allocations can be shown on a histogram, to highlight overloads and under-utilisation. This histogram shows the availability of the skill "project management" in yellow, over a 2-month period. The coloured bars indicate when the resource has been allocated to project tasks. (You can view the details of a project by double-clicking on its coloured bar.) The histogram can also be shown for individual people. Click here to display a resource utilisation pie chart.
