How effective are your staff? What proportion of their time is spent on productive project) work, and how much on non-project activities (overheads)?

Using data collected via 4c Timesheets, you can produce Resource Utilisation Pie Charts and Utilisation Reports for:

• the whole organisation

• selected Departments, Teams or Sections

• individual resources

This chart shows total Project Time booked by a Department over a selected time period,

and time spent on Overhead activities -

the actual categories of Overhead are fully user-definable.

Here the Project Time has been broken down into detail,

while the overhead ("Non-Project Time") is shown as a single segment.
